I don’t recommend - Recruiter GHR Healthcare Employee Review

Boring days calling through an outdated system filled with contacts that either are no longer in service, or speaking to candidates that have no interest in working for such low rates offered. You basically spend your time leaving voicemails all day headhunting people who will later flake on you in the on boarding stage and won’t work. You are also very limited by where you can recruit and will have to hand over interested candidates to other recruiters if that candidate is not in your assigned territory. You’ll then be reprimanded by the VP for not making your goals and will be fired. I don’t recommend this company. If you’re a young professional, they will take advantage of you. If you’re looking to just gain experience and just use them as a stepping stone, go for it.. but it’s not worth the disrespect and micro aggressions you’ll receive.
