Beware - Recruiter GHR Healthcare Employee Review

Honestly this place is so detrimental to ones mental health. The Long Term care nursing team has seen multiple people leave solely based on the state of their mental health because of management. They are deceitful, rude, cocky liars and the favortism played here should be illegal. But nothing will ever be done because someone is always related to one another. The head of HR is the CEO's sister. Try getting a valid point across when that is who is there to "help" you. The commission structure is astronomically below what other healthcare agencies are in the area and the work you put into/toxic environment isn't worth the pennies in your check. This place is really sad and I hope this can save someone from accepting a role here and strugglging with anxiety/mental health issues
