So many: They have a hard time figuring out what the pipeline will be so they hire, lay off, hire, lay off in a vicious cycle with no loyalty or regard for the workers. The pipeline for new MSP clients is nothing and clients are leaving current agreements. The medical benefits are awful and very expensive. The expectation is to fall in line with the top and do as they say, no exceptions. The MSP will claim to be vendor neutral and then pay bonuses to the program team strictly based on the % of workers billing through the GHR staffing side this was forcing us to lie to our clients.
