      Pros

      Direct supervision and management are there to help and support you.

      Cons

      Upper/corporate management seems to not quite have a handle on everything and appear to be micromanaging everything. No one seems to have clear answers for anything and everyone has a different answer. Company policies are stuck in the 1980’s and are behind industry and contemporaries’ standards.

      Pros

      The pay was pretty good and worked as many hours as you could and then some

      Cons

      No paid time off and upper management was more worried about lining their pockets than taking care of field employees
