Dumb you down - Anonymous employee GIS Employee Review

Company is growing and expanding.

Nothing that I have run into.

Direct supervision and management are there to help and support you.

Upper/corporate management seems to not quite have a handle on everything and appear to be micromanaging everything. No one seems to have clear answers for anything and everyone has a different answer. Company policies are stuck in the 1980’s and are behind industry and contemporaries’ standards.
