      Pros

      The pay is decent, co-workers are tolerable, insurance isn't great coverage but it is cheap.

      Cons

      Poor job site management, no leadership, safety precautions are few and far between, volatile job security

      Pros

      Direct supervision and management are there to help and support you.

      Cons

      Upper/corporate management seems to not quite have a handle on everything and appear to be micromanaging everything. No one seems to have clear answers for anything and everyone has a different answer. Company policies are stuck in the 1980’s and are behind industry and contemporaries’ standards.
