Great starter IT role, but hard to advance - Configuration Specialist GL Solutions Employee Review

I have learned a lot and am paid well for it. Most of my work is creative and I get to design systems. Company is growing.

The work is challenging and can sometimes be stressful.

There is okay people that work at the company

There is nothing positive about this company. The positive reviews are written by management or by people who have equity in the company. The CEO is driven by psycho emotions he cannot control and surrounds himself by yes men. The client is blamed for everything as well as OPS is constantly behind and overworked. They cut pay because they are losing money and contracts left and right.
