Pros

None, honestly none. Don’t let the dollar signs fool you

Cons

- paid once a month and never on time. They do not care. Expect your paycheck after an entire month at least 3 days late and at like 8pm at night. - horrible insurance. Absolutely terrible benefits. - they do not pay out any accrued leave time and will fire you and not pay you that time which.. is illegal in Montana - expect to work 12 hour days - employees regularly cry at work - higher ups, like the CEO and the pretty boy financial dude in sales mock and make fun of everyone and then fire them. Terrible people. - everyone, every single person there wants to leave and are actively looking for new work but are stuck because they suck you in will dollar bills and then actively abuse you. - please do not help this Oregon based company ruin your life like it has many others. They had to leave Oregon because they burned so many bridges with the workers there. Just don’t!

Pros

the challenges, opportunity to grow professionally and personally. I dont have anything else to say that would make up the 150 characters and would suggest you reduce the character count down so people dont get annoyed and then add something negative to this survey.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind at this time.

Pros

A few things I really value about working with GL Solutions are the strong team culture and relationships—it genuinely feels like people support each other here. I also appreciate the focus on continuous growth and feedback, which pushes me to improve. And the mission-driven aspect of the work makes it meaningful, knowing what we build actually helps government agencies and the public.

Cons

One area GL Solutions could continue improving is workload balance and ensuring expectations are sustainable as the company grows. There’s also an opportunity to strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing, which would help people work more efficiently. Additionally, continuing to refine career paths and reducing operational inefficiencies could make it easier for employees to see long-term growth and focus on high-impact work.
