Pros

The schedule is good and you can pretty much get off when you need to.

Cons

They don't do competitive pay at all if you look at what other companies are paying compared to this company it's like a $2 - $3 difference. They tell you you have a max of $2400 quarterly bonus you can get they make it seem like the bonus max is easy to hit when the highest bonus I've seen was in like the $900 range. The cafeteria prices are absurd especially since they don't season the food they even charge you for like ranch and cheese. Management is all over the place they seem to always be in meetings like 5 times a day. We got all kind of customer complaints on issues that should've been resolved like over a year ago like how the website reflects the customers have no bill due when they really do so then ppl get mad and annoyed and I don't blame them because you would expect the website to be accurate.

Pros

I'm a senior-level software engineer, previously worked at tech companies, and this job is relatively easy for me. No on-call, work-life balance is good. I usually get everything done within 2-week sprints.

Cons

GMF is the true definition of work hard, not smart. There are so many dumb engineers. There was a time I had to work with non-technical teams like prod support, and it was quite frustrating. They wanted my team to build an automation so they didn't have to work manually as if anything is possible and there is no limitation within the company. I didn't even create a backlog item as it was a waste of time.
