Pros

-Work from home -you pick the hours you work for the most part. (May work 40+ hours a week but it is not 9-5) May work for a few hours in the day be off for a while they work out in the field at night, etc. -Corporate trainings are very informative (they train you well) -Corporate trainings are very fun (one big party) -average age of employees is 21-35

Cons

-A a field employee you are easily replaceable and always the "low man on the totem pole" even as a fulltime GM -Senior Management is always crossing lines with direct reports and even part time staff in "too friendly" of a manner -they will lay you off with no notice and for no reason

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
