      Pros

      A young and energetic culture, fun place to work, the opportunity for great experience, exciting work with some recognizable companies

      Cons

      Not a career-track employer - you need to leave to continue getting broad experience. A fair amount of nepotism or "clubby" mentality of determining who moves upward. Not the greatest reputation for treating people - especially during the semi-regular (ie, 1-2 year) personnel purges.

      Pros

      It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

      Cons

      Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
