      Pros

      Good culture, great people to work with.

      Cons

      Money: 20% lower pay than comparable positions with other agencies/clients and more expensive benefits program (out of pocket) than colleagues of mine pay for the same Omnicom benefits package with a sister agency. Little/no room for advancement unless one is willing to relocate to New Berlin, WI. Inability to tailor cookie-cutter promotions to specific markets, although this is probably more a weakness of the client than the agency.

      Pros

      It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

      Cons

      Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
