      Decent hours of operation, not to many customers

      Cons

      Needs better staff that knows product then her guessing. The 2 guys are very helpful know a lot but are never there when i need knowledge.

      Generous discount, flexible hours, laidback

      Cons

      Colleagues will often fall to their lack of thorough training and lack of pay. Career progression is also a dead end when you hit store manager unless you want to give 5-10 years of your life to the company for hardly any pay.
