• Dismal work-life balance if you want to be a "top performer" • No sense of comradery as you are pitted and ranked against your peers • Everything from your KPIs to the lightbulbs in each store is micromanaged to the core • Pay levels at store management position are well below average - but the essential knowledge that is required to do an effective job is far above average.. • 3rd party commissions far outweigh proprietary brand causing a constant conflict to produce KPI expectations at the associate level
