Pros
Can be and has the potential to be an awesome place to work. Helping others is what its about. Improving health and well being of everyday people can make a huge difference in there lives. Sometimes a person will take a much more active role in their health when they know that they can make some choices for their betterment and control/influence the outcome in a better way.
Cons
