Pros
It has a decent discount, and at the manager level your hours are largely whatever you want as long as you follow the guidelines. Typically you're able to connect with the customer base, which makes it semi-enjoyable.
Cons
Unrealistic goals, which also constantly change (even between individual stores!). Uneven implementation of policy. The worst payrate and compensation I've seen, period. Not enough accountability placed on management between DVP and RSD level, as it all trickles down to us with no repercussions on them. Marketing and promo changes among the worst in the business. Hours given for staff absolute minimum.
