Pros

Great training was provided. The concept was "relationship selling", there-fore, I bonded with many of my customers - they became like family and friends. Financial compensation peaked about 1/3 of the way through my years the: salary and commission was offered.

Cons

I think new hires are no longer able to get commission. The company would like flexable people: able to bounce from one store to another, working some day shifts, some night, some split. Loyalty and respect is expected from employees, but the corporation IS a corporation... those qualities aren't offered back to the emloyees.

Pros

Generous discount, flexible hours, laidback

Cons

Colleagues will often fall to their lack of thorough training and lack of pay. Career progression is also a dead end when you hit store manager unless you want to give 5-10 years of your life to the company for hardly any pay.
