      Pros

      Satisfaction helping people and feel like I'm making a difference for people's lives. Commission makes every day interesting. Really enjoy working with a good staff.

      Cons

      Pretty low base pay, store volume affects commission. Heavy emphasis on meeting sales goals. Commission never consistent and no warning if there are changes. You are replaceable unfortunately.

      Generous discount, flexible hours, laidback

      Cons

      Colleagues will often fall to their lack of thorough training and lack of pay. Career progression is also a dead end when you hit store manager unless you want to give 5-10 years of your life to the company for hardly any pay.
