Pros
Discount. Discount. Discount. 30% is great. Commission(for managers) and PM's that makes you feel like scum but you have to pay the bills. That's it.
Cons
Everything. Training? What training? I was handed a key and expected to manage a store without training. You receive secondhand training from someone who received secondhand training. The stress is unreal. They brainwash their employees into believing people need ALL of these products. And they are good. I can sell but rarely did I feel GOOD about a sale. It's all about the numbers. Avg ticket (above $50), sales comp(beating prior year sales, actually easy), loyalty(minimum 50%, goal of 70%), pro access (minimum 3%, goal of 4%) I do love the new reward program. Not the culture of let's force it down customers throats, however. Company promised Wall Street 1.5 million pro access members. Sitting under 500k as of the end of Q3.
