      Pros

      The people at this company were great to work for and with. There is a lot of ongoing training, which really makes for well informed, and educated associates. The health benefits are very good.

      Cons

      The commission programs were continually being cut, making it difficult to make decent money. The pay scale is low and even full time, the position doesn't pay enough to live on.

      Generous discount, flexible hours, laidback

      Cons

      Colleagues will often fall to their lack of thorough training and lack of pay. Career progression is also a dead end when you hit store manager unless you want to give 5-10 years of your life to the company for hardly any pay.
