- Wallstreet has beat us up and forced leadership from DSD and up to become reactionary - 7 Day rollups serve no real purpose to moving sales numbers forward - Poor hiring decisions for leadership roles; reactionary leaders, and DSDs and up all believe in leading from the back rather than leading from the front - PRO Access is quickly becoming the new OMS; store teams are hounded to sell this $40 membership to guests and has resulted in exceptionally poor experiences in stores - Constant last second conference calls that cover the exact same topic for RSDs and up... this means we have the same sort of conference calls for our Store Managers resulting in burn out. - Poor pay for Managers - Average wage $13.xx/hr - PM program for Store teams has gone down significantly - Bar none one of the worst sales and employee cultures for RSDs and up - Uninspired communication from CSC since Bob stepped away from interim CEO - Sell PRO Access or get fired - Sell GNC Brand or get fired - Sell Performix or get fired - Sign up FREE Loyalty or get fired - Run a positive ADS Comp % or get fired
