Pros

You learn that the whole store is filled with mostly (95%) of the lowest quality products that you could find on the market for your own safety and if your morals are anything like mine- you tell customers that too.

Cons

To earn a paycheck, you have to be dishonest to make sales. You make 7.25 an hour but the only way to make it work is knowing products you got to sale to make your paycheck through commission. It’s a very messed up system. Long hours that most of time, has no traction. Constantly being fussed at by higher ups on why you’re not making impossible numbers they set for your store. Outdated computer system that needs to be chucked. If you aren’t selling pros- you are considered scum.

Pros

Generous discount, flexible hours, laidback

Cons

Colleagues will often fall to their lack of thorough training and lack of pay. Career progression is also a dead end when you hit store manager unless you want to give 5-10 years of your life to the company for hardly any pay.
