Pros

Promotional Money (commission), 20% discount (occasionally 30), and constant supplement and nutritional training.

Cons

Managers have to work around their employee hours, no Assistant Managers, little help with 6 am inventories, most vacations don't actually happen (even when approved), horrible turnover, extremely strict policies, no help with remerchandising or remodeling, having to push sales (Managers now get written up if they don't sell subscriptions and memberships), often working off the clock, no salaries/only hourly (unethical) and less pay (per hour) than competition.

Pros

The job provides excellent exposure to a structured sales plan for someone new to sales. The store gets plenty of foot traffic to create opportunities for customer engagement. The varriety of products to sell on is great as well. Pro Access is a great value for customers building a pre and post work out regiment or building a supplement routine.

Cons

You run the show. While there you are responsable for running the store.
