Almost no comission for part time employees on GNC products, things that we are forced to sell! Too much pressure on store managers, not enough responsibilities for part timers. Everything falls on the manager, payroll, sales goals, training, emails at home computer, monthly planograms every month!, intense sale change every 2 months. Don't prepare you for management. Lots of sale pressure! Be prepared for the number one managers in your region to be fat smokers who would never take a multivitamin! They need to take a serious look at their stores. OMS program, P3 program, Gold Cards, Multivitamin percents, now emails and whatever is the flavor of the month?! What ever happened to these things coming naturally from talking and engaging customers!
