      Stable and profitable company . One of the few corporations in Pittsburgh.

      Cons

      corp office has No diversity and management has little respect for the employees. This is a company that believes HR is just administrative for benefits and hiring and firing paperwork, not an employee portal for help or resources. mostly white males and bodybuilders. in general- people there are just mean-spirited...especially in the sports area.

      Generous discount, flexible hours, laidback

      Cons

      Colleagues will often fall to their lack of thorough training and lack of pay. Career progression is also a dead end when you hit store manager unless you want to give 5-10 years of your life to the company for hardly any pay.
