Pros
I did enjoy my time working with GNC. They give you the Opportunity to expand your knowledge in the health feild, if you are interested in. Also there are good benefits when you reach management level. They also have descent discounts for employees.
Cons
Upper management doesn't know how to communicate professionally and clearly. Constant demand for high sale goals, without any consideration of the current economy. I would have enjoyed working for this company more if the upper management was better at being professional. They are very untrustworthy and do not communicate their expectations well. They also cause a lot of "high school" drama and involve their personal life too much with their "professional" life.
