The constant mismanagement of everything from the Regional level up simply gets dumped on the field team. When corporate suits visit the field, they have no clue about day to day operations. They are completely disconnected from how hard the store managers work. When approached with their workload and the desire to have more than one person work at a time, the main rebuttal is something along the lines of, "Yeah well they don't excel in (enter category of the day). So they must not work that hard." Direction and what is important changes day to day depending on the prior day's performance.
