Cons

Mismanaged from the top. Was looking for a company to purchase, so software builds fell by the wayside. New company just money focused, and have stringent requirements.

GPM pays their employees competitive salaries. They also care about their employees' development and are great about internal advancement. Our benefits continue to get increasingly better. I love working for this company and with my fellow co-workers.
