Poor leadership and support in IT department - Project Engineer GSK Employee Review

Lack of leadership and mentorship in the IT department at GSK Karachi. My manager had limited technical knowledge of IT and was not able to provide guidance. Additionally, the IT Project Manager was largely unavailable and not engaged with project work. There was no proper onboarding or training for handling IT projects. I was expected to manage responsibilities beyond my role, including tasks for the project manager, with little to no support from teammates or management. Issues had to be resolved independently without resources or direction.
