Good focus on the job. Reasonable facilities, excellent training program. Operations people were very good at their roles. Treated temp and contracted people ok
Cons
Way to politically constrained to be a fully effective organization. It was more about who said what than what was said. If you were a sr manager you called the shots. If your manager had a brain, you were ok, if not you were screwed.
