      Pros

      GSK has provided myself with every opportunity to advance my career. My manager has pushed to pursue as many job opportunities. As with all industries, your manager can make or break your career. They paid for my MBA.

      Cons

      Very unstable having survived three layoffs within the last 5 years. Hopefully we are stable in the respiratory arena with a great pipeline of new medications.
