WLB, talented and nice coworkers

constant reorganization, initiatives, issue with retaining talent

if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
