      Pros

      Welcoming environment, lots of people working as teams, lots of fun activities to have a good work/life balance, 401k employer contributions

      Cons

      Some management individuals were not approachable on career advancement when you work on facilities, there is always bad look or discrimination towards the individuals, (one of the reasons i left the company after 3 years as Full-time employee)

      Pros

      if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

      Cons

      cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
