Pros
Knowledgeable co-workers, professional attitudes, wide variety of training provided, and earnest effort to provide tools needed to carry out work.
Cons
Two tier staff system with excellent benefits for GSK staff but no benefits, no security, no advancement for contract staff - very clear 2nd class status for contractors particularly total lack of parking. Lower level managers often poorly trained.
