      Pros

      Pay is competitive, benefits are very good. Vacation policy is very generous and is consistent with European companies and policies.

      Cons

      GSK is in real trouble as a corporation, and the Consumer Healthcare business is charged with realizing significant cost savings. There have been four restructures in six years, lots and lots of layoffs. Profit requirements will prohibit GSK-CH from being competitive in the marketplace. Way too little people and resources to deliver a winning performance given its brand portfolio.

      Pros

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
