Pros

Great retail brands. Strong marketing support and investments behind the brands. Good cross-functional support across all departments. Profitable company. Good overall salary and bonus compensation.

Cons

Very slow in making decisions. Very strict in terms of P&L requirements and retail account investments. Consumer Healthcare division is strongly tied to the Pharma division therefore must follow all QC and regulations.

Pros

if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

Cons

cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
