Business Outlook
Pros
100% tuition reimbursement, and the retirement pension plan. Gsk has great things in place for workplace safety. Also the visual boards displayed throughout the halls are great because it gives all types of updates regarding production activities and other good to know information.
Cons
Low pay, no rewards, tight with budget. There are more temps than permanent employees in some department because people keep leaving. It's takes a while to hire people. And oh, did I mention, they don't pay well.
