      - competetive salary - high yearly bonus - modern office

      Cons

      - less and less company events - strict and shady home office policy - reports being sent to manager, sick leaves and holidays not being taken into consideration - people rather boring and not outgoing (finance) - difficult to climb on career ladder

      Pros

      if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

      Cons

      cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
