Pros
As a global corporation, there is a wide network of people and resources to access for biotech needs (e.g. sterility assurance specialists, material science experts, quality assurance oversight, etc.). Typically, money and/or budgets are not a huge concern either.
Cons
Despite GSK's large network, it is remarkably disorganized and chaotic. Leadership frequently makes decisions/plans and then changes said plans within a few months. Employees have to regularly pivot with all the changes and have little to no say about the changes.
