Global Company that offers good benefits and decent compensation. One of the best employers in the local area. Great opportunities to learn how a global business works.
Cons
Hamilton has very few opportunities due to the small size. What opportunities there are often given to more politically agile or personnel who are in cliques within a group. Salary is lower than the industry standard due to the lack of competition and the view that living in a place like Montana should make up about 20-30% percent of your salary.
