Pros

Most of the staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with. Good view from the office. Centrally located in Tampa Bay.

Cons

Stuck with massive technical debt the company refuses to deal with. Management reacts continually to whichever customer yells the most even if the customer isn't even paying for their software. As a marketing centered company they often put branding over all other initiatives. The company treats all employees with the same compensation and benefit structure so if you're used to software companies this manufacturing company will not give you what you're looking for long term. If your a software engineer, look somewhere else.

Pros

I went in with zero expectations and it was more than tolerable, at first.

Cons

They changed up management for the worse and fired a great supervisor over something trivial.
