1) Unergonomic workstations. You will develop physical issues. 2) Old employees are spy and brainwash the higher management/CEO 3) So into cost cutting that doesn't have the basic requirements. 4) Lack proper policies 5) Contradict their own statements 6) Management ask people hired for a different domain to go to sales 7) HR is a joke 8) Main company revenue is from palcement in the US and thats what they care for 9) Company has no base or business model on which its built. Weak Foundation 10) Still use obsolete systems. 11) Local intranet portal sucks. Leave mgmt not proper, swipe in reports not available. 12) Also lost the CMMI Level 5 certification 13) No values, No Ethics 14) Leadership/senior management team believes the word of mouth from their near and dear ones. 15) No Vision
