- Low pay, I was hired in at a low rate and it was still $2 more than the people who had been there for 5-10 years. - In the last 2 years 8 people have quit and only one new person has been hired. If the work can be done with fewer people they will allow it even if it requires you to work over. - Mandatory short notice weekends - Poor leadership, the supervisor who wasn't great quit the same day they started pandemic precautions, and then just never replaced her. The person in charge is not allowed to contact the client and is a rude and ineffective leader. - UAT is not salaried or valued as other office workers, there were times they would assign us to work on the floor when office work was slow. - No remote work options, upper management had to be contacted just to get laptops when the pandemic started. It was my manager's boss' boss who gave us the greenlight to work from home and he was let go a couple weeks later.
