Pros
Moving from a well-known company with great pay and benefits was not an easy decision, as I had stability and was aware of their well-established processes. I was filled with doubt and apprehension, and would the move live up to the standard I was used to? Well, the reality is YES and more. What surprised me the most was how much I have grown, both professionally and personally. This is down to the great values in place, it’s not just a company gimmick or a banner to fly which some company’s out there do, they truly live them and drive them across the business. If you want to grow and develop your professional career, this is the company for you. No matter what level you are, I have found that if you’re willing and want to push yourself then you will have the backing here at GXO, this stems all the way to top management and they are always happy to help no matter the issues. If this doesn’t appeal to you then the fact that they have great benefits in place which your family members can also benefit from, salary is competitive, and the company is dependable and consistent giving you the comfort and ease that some long-term employees are looking for.
Cons
If you would call it a con, I would say the rate/time the business deploys their fantastic apps and process, as you tend to find there is always a solution/ process in place for it, but you where unaware of or is not yet deployed to your site. This is not a game changer, as its always being reviewed and driven out from above, it’s just an issue due to the growth of the business.
