female dominated company, very few males can succeed in this company depending on region. No advancement if your not in the in crowed at the in community. Used to be proud to say I work for gables, but my feelings have changed the more year I continue to work with this company. employees left alone, with no help and support. If your not a manager you not important, small raise increase each year, 15 cents to max 30 cents per year. Pay is not good for the amount of work they expect out of you. They used to be all about the people and giving back, but now its all about there shareholder and not about the residents and employees. Taking care of the way their shareholder live and not there resident or employees.
