The company structure is not the best. There is no hands on “training” just videos about the company. Not sure as to why they have a training department when none of them actually train you on Yardi. This company is all about SOP manuals ONLY. Should you ever have a question to upper management we are advised to check SOP. Never an answer. The job is learn as you go, on your own. Also, the lack of diversity in senior & mid level staff should say a lot about the company. If you are a minority, you will have no influence or impact in the company. Look at the website in the careers sections. The three categories for jobs are pictures of employees. That should say enough about the company.
