Pros
The people and management are very supportive and great to work for! There seems to be many opportunities for advancement within the company and they do promote from within from what I have seen so far! Also they have a really cool fitness program called virgin pulse that you can use to track your steps and other healthy activities to earn points which you can redeem for gift cards!
Cons
No official public transit reimbursement program. Although they do have a pre tax benefit that you can elect but they don't reimburse you as of yet.
