      Pros

      They care...about residents, employees, owners, their buildings, their reputation. All of it. They really care about everyone and everything . They take all feedback into consideration and make changes when necessary. Very diverse teams and they try very hard to survey residents and staff for opportunities for improvement.

      Cons

      This is a business so being profitable is the end goal. They are not perfect and communication can sometimes be reactive. Growing fast and some hiccups along the way....

We were happy to add Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a holiday this year and hope that we can continue to explore new ways to provide balance in the lives of our associates!

      Pros

      Gables has been a great company to be a part of. I’m fortunate to work alongside an amazing group of peers and a supportive leader who provides both guidance and trust. Managing a luxury asset has been a rewarding experience that continues to challenge and grow my skillset.

      Cons

      One area for improvement would be clearer visibility into long-term career growth paths. While there are strong leaders and great opportunities to learn, a more defined roadmap for advancement would be helpful for those looking to take the next step in their careers.
