Pros
Despite the lower end of pay for lower level positions in expensive cities, it’s obvious corporate wants to do everything they can to encourage you to build with them. They have rewards points based on exercise, above average insurance, lots of possible bonuses, and even tuition reimbursement, but what really makes them stand out is the little things they do that make a big difference. Communication between departments is stellar, regional management is very in tune with the needs of their teams, feedback is taken often and taken seriously, and the upward mobility pathways are great. I’ve often felt respected at previous work places but never have I felt valued like I have working for Gables.
Cons
Payment structures lean heavily towards you selling rather getting renewals (you make nothing from renewals), yet higher ups become very frustrated when vacancy increases.
