Pros
Pros: Thorough job training, very detailed description of lease presentation expectations, easy to get bonuses, professional development programs, great health care plans, accomplishments consistently recognized and generally compensated with leases.
Cons
"Gables Shuffle" high turn-over rate in some offices, despite compensation. Heavy work load due to high turn-over, little to no advancement opportunities even with Bachelor's degree. Lots of management moving around. All employees start around $10 for base pay. Long days, lots of paper work as we create and draw up our own lease paperwork.
